Robert "Bob" Lee Williams

Robert "Bob" Lee Williams, 79 of Plymouth, Indiana passed away on Thursday December 24, 2020 at 6:27 a.m. at St. Joseph Health Systems, in Plymouth, Indiana. On December 1, 1941 in Plymouth, Indiana he was born to Lester E. Williams and Irene E. (Cartwright) Williams. He had lived in the Argos community since 1972.

On October 11, 1968 in Nappanee, Indiana he married Patricia A. Arndt and together they shared the past 52 years.

Bob was a Truck Driver for Aker Plastic in Plymouth, Indiana having retired in 1995.

He was a graduate of Nappanee High School with the class of 1959. Bob served in the United States Air Force from January 31, 1963 till his Honorable Discharge on January 24, 1967. He was a E-4 stationed at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey as an Air Traffic Operator. Bob was a member of the American Legion Post #68 of Argos, Indiana; VFW Post# 1162 of Plymouth, Indiana; and the DAV

Bob is survived by his Wife – Patricia A. Williams of Plymouth, Indiana

Daughter – Bobbie Jo O’Dell and husband Jeff of Plymouth, Indiana

Son – Gary Lee Williams of Plymouth, Indiana

3 Grandchildren - Elizabeth Jones of Culver, Indiana; Staci Zent and husband Ren of Argos, Indiana; and Jordan O'Dell and wife Mikayla of Bourbon, Indiana   7 Great Grandchildren - Cole, Casey, Rylan, Rori, Kaiden, Wes, Sawyer

Brother – Leo Williams of Nappanee, Indiana

Sister – Peggy Scott of Havasau, Arizona

Sister-in-Law - Kay Williams of Auburn, Indiana

Many Nieces and Nephews

He is preceded in death by his Parents; and Brother - Joe Williams 

A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place from 11 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday June 26, 2021 at 1 p.m. at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos, Indiana with Matthew Arndt. Burial will take place at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana with the United States Air Force Honor Guard and James Lowell Corey American Legion Post #68, Argos, Indiana conducting Military Honors.
