Diane L. (Clingenpeel) Ryman

Diane Louise (Clingenpeel) Ryman, 76 of Atwood, Indiana passed away on August 17, 2021 at 4:22 p.m. at Paddock Springs Health Campus, Warsaw, Indiana where she had been in declining health for the past year. On January 24, 1945 in Warsaw, Indiana she was born to Laurel W. Clingenpeel and Betty L. (Holderman) Clingenpeel. Diane had lived all her life in the Atwood community.

On December 31, 1963 in Atwood she married David E. Ryman and together they shared the past 57 years.

Diane was a Housewife/Homemaker. She had worked at Creighton Brothers, Etna Green Elevator, and Bourbon Wire.

Diane was a member of Harrison Center Church, Etna Green, Indiana; and a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She attended Atwood High School and graduated from Warsaw High School with the class of 1963 after the consolidation.

Diane is survived by her Husband Dave Ryman of Atwood, Indiana.

Son – Brian E. Ryman and wife Ashley of Atwood, Indiana

8 Grandchildren – Kristi, Alicia, Gracey, Erinn, Corey, Bo, Kierra, and Shaylee

1 Great Grandchild – Liam and one to be very soon

Sisters – Cindy Simmons and husband Dorsey of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; Brenda Brown and husband Mike of Kentucky

Brothers – David Clark and wife Cynthia of Warsaw; Stephen Clingenpeel and wife Melanie of Kentucky; and Brent Clingenpeel of Kentucky

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Daughter – Laura (Ryman) Graham, Sister – Janina Haines

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday August 22, 2021 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at Harrison Center Church, 965 800 W., Etna Green, Indiana.

Funeral Services will follow at 3:30 p.m. at the church with Rev. Mark Burritt of Harrison Center Church.
