Richard Cain Obituary

Richard Alan Cain, 65 of rural Argos, Indiana passed away on February 25, 2024, at 4:18 p.m. at his residence. On August 7, 1958, in LaPorte, Indiana he was born to Ralph E. Cain and Donna (Houser) Cain. He’s lived in Argos community for the past 20 years having lived in Rolling Prairie, Indiana prior.

On May 20, 2004, he married Lisa G. Devereux and together they shared the next 20 years.

Richard worked at Unifrax in New Carlisle, Indiana for 44 years and was a graduate of New Prairie High School with the class of 1976.

Richard is survived by his Wife – Lisa Cain of Argos

Daughters – Sarah Bracken and husband Joey of Englewood, Florida; and Andrea Stolpe and husband Travis of Omaha, Nebraska

Son – Christopher Cain and wife Chrissy of Plymouth, Indiana

Step-Son - Jarrod Heyse and wife Krista of Knoxville, Tennessee

7 Grandchildren - Cole, Finnegan, Calvin, Ava, Taylor, Beau, and Autry 

Sisters – Pamela Covell and husband Scott of Hampton, Virginia; Susan Turner and (Eugene Murray) of Kentucky  

He is preceded in death by his Parents
